Garbage Container 660 Liters

Description

• Container volume 660 liters.
• It will be manufactured from highA density polyethylene (HDPE).
• The container has 4 wheels, 2 360° swivels with brakes and 2 360° swivels without brakes, with a lid and can be easily transported.
• The wall thickness of the container is 5.6 mm (+/-0.2 mm), its empty weight is at least 47 (+/-5%) kg, and its garbage collection capacity is at least 365 kg.
• UV resistant.
• The paint used will have high light sensitivity and will not fade/discolor in sunlight.
• The wheel bodies will be made of polypropylene material and the tires on them are resistant to all weather conditions.
• The wheel axle shaft is galvanized.
• Containers will be manufactured from materials that do not smell, have easy-to-clean properties, will not be affected by solar
• heat, and will not contain alcohol, yeast, vinegar, salt spirit, acid, ammonia, etc. It will not be affected by corrosive chemicals.
• The metal part on the container is galvanized.
• The container will be resistant to shock effects, and shock effects will not cause any deformation, change in size or other properties.
• The container body will be resistant to falling. No leakage, cracking or splitting will be observed.
• Container wheels are 200 mm in diameter.
• The carrying capacity of the wheels is at least 370 kg.
• Side lifting arms 16 mm diameter galvanized material.
• The welds of the side lifting arms will be made from the inner surface and there are no traces of welding from the outer surface.
• The sheets of the side lifting arms are 2 mm thick and galvanized.
• The measurements given above are approximate and there may be +/- 5% deviation in the measurements.

OPTIONAL

• There may be a metal pedal to open the lid. A spring pedal may be used to close the lid slowly.
• A cover-within-a-lid version can be made.
• The bottom of the garbage container may or may not have a drain plug.
• Optionally, metal handles or plastic trunnions can be attached to the handles.
