Garbage Container 1100 Liters

Description

• Container volume is 1100 liters.
• Raw material: High density polyethylene (HDPE).
• The container has 4 wheels, 2 360° swivels with brakes and 2 360° swivels without brakes, has a lid and can be easily transported.
• The wall thickness of the container is 5.6 mm (+/-0.2 mm), its empty weight is at least 52 (+/-5%) kg, and its garbage collection capacity is at least 410 kg.
• UV resistant.
• The paint used will have high light sensitivity and will not fade/discolor in sunlight.
• The wheel bodies are made of polypropylene material and the tires on them are resistant to all weather conditions.
• Wheel axle shaft is galvanized.
• Containers will be manufactured from materials that do not smell, are easy to clean, will not be affected by solar heat, and will not contain alcohol, yeast, vinegar, salt spirit, acid, ammonia, etc. It will not be affected by corrosive chemicals.
• The metal part on the container is galvanized.
• The container will be resistant to shock effects, and shock effects will not cause any deformation, change in size or other properties.
• The container body will be resistant to falling. No leakage, cracking or splitting will be observed.
• Container wheels are 200 mm in diameter.
• The carrying capacity of the wheels is at least 415 kg.
• Side lifting arms are made of galvanized material with a diameter of 16 mm.
• The welds of the side lifting arms will be made from the inner surface and there are no traces of welding from the outer surface.
• The sheets of the side lifting arms are 2 mm thick and galvanized.
• The measurements given above are approximate and there may be +/- 5% deviation in the measurements.

OPTIONAL:

• There may be a metal pedal to open the lid. A spring pedal may be used to close the lid slowly.
• A cover-within-a-lid version can be made.
• The bottom of the garbage container may be with or without a drain plug.
• Optionally, metal handles or plastic trunnions can be attached to the handles.
